    1. Utilisation du site

You agree to use this site in a lawful and respectful manner. It is prohibited to compromise its operation, attempt to access data without authorization, or transmit fraudulent, malicious or unlawful content.

Information provided in our forms must be accurate, and you must be authorized to share it.

    2. Informations présentées

The site presents our services and examples of past projects. Descriptions, photographs, dimensions and other information are provided for indicative purposes and do not constitute execution plans or technical approval for your building.

Each project must be assessed according to its location, intended use and applicable requirements. Final characteristics are specified in the project's contractual documents.

We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information. If an error is found, we may correct it, subject to our contractual commitments and applicable laws.

    3. Demandes de renseignements et de soumission

Submitting a form, photograph or quote request does not constitute a confirmed order and does not reserve a work date.

A preliminary estimate may need to be revised after measurements are taken, a site visit, or technical analysis of the project. The validity period of a quote, when limited, is indicated within it.

The mandate is confirmed according to the acceptance terms specified in the quote or contract.

    4. Portée des travaux et prix

The quote or contract specifies the included work, materials, exclusions, price, applicable taxes and payment terms.

Work or services not listed in the accepted documents are not automatically included.

Any change likely to affect the price, materials or schedule must be agreed in writing between the parties before it is carried out.

    5. Conditions du chantier et autorisations

The client must share relevant information they have about the premises, access constraints, the structure's intended use, and any known condition that may affect the work.

Responsibility for obtaining permits, professional plans, authorizations and necessary approvals must be specified in the contract. The relevant work cannot begin before the required authorizations are obtained.

The client must allow safe access to the premises in accordance with the agreed terms. Any unforeseen condition discovered on site will be reported to determine the necessary adjustments.

    6. Échéancier

Target dates are specified in the project documents. They may be affected by material availability, authorizations, site conditions or other relevant circumstances.

When a change becomes necessary, the company informs the client and communicates the proposed adjustments. This provision does not remove contractual obligations or remedies provided by law.

    7. Paiement, annulation et report

The amount of any deposit, installments and payment methods are specified in the quote or contract.

Any cancellation or postponement request must be communicated in writing as soon as possible. Its financial consequences are determined according to the contract and applicable laws, notably based on work completed, expenses incurred and materials ordered.

These conditions do not make any deposit automatically non-refundable and do not limit cancellation or termination rights provided by law.

    8. Garanties et utilisation des installations

Specific warranties applicable to the work or materials, if any, are specified in the project documents. They are added to applicable legal warranties without replacing them.

The client must follow the usage, maintenance and load-limit instructions provided for the installations. Any modification to the structure or its use should be assessed by a qualified professional.

Any defect or problem noticed must be reported promptly to the company to allow assessment and to agree on appropriate measures.

    9. Propriété intellectuelle

Texts, logos, images, drawings and other content on the site belong to the company or are used with the permission of their owners.

Unless authorized or excepted by law, their reproduction, modification or commercial use is prohibited.

Usage rights for plans and documents prepared for a project are specified in the applicable contract.

    10. Renseignements personnels et communications

Personal information transmitted through the site is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws.

When you contact us, we may use the contact details provided to respond to your request and follow up on your project.

Submitting a request does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive promotional communications. When consent is required, it is collected separately. You may unsubscribe from promotional communications using the instructions they contain.

    11. Liens externes et disponibilité

The site may contain links to external platforms. These platforms are governed by their own terms and policies.

We take reasonable measures to keep the site accessible, but interruptions may occur, notably for maintenance or due to technical issues.

    12. Responsabilité et droits légaux

Each party remains responsible according to applicable laws and their contractual commitments.

No provision of these conditions shall be interpreted as excluding liability that cannot legally be excluded, or as removing any warranty, protection or mandatory remedy, including those granted to consumers.

    13. Modifications des conditions

We may update these conditions. The revised version will be published on this page with its update date.

A site update does not retroactively modify a contract already entered into. Any change to a contract remains subject to the applicable rules and the terms agreed between the parties.

    14. Droit applicable et différends

These conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply to them.

In case of difficulty, we invite you to contact us to seek a solution. This approach does not limit your right to bring the matter before a competent court or to exercise any other remedy provided by law.
